Grass Roots provides online ordering & delivery of our high quality cannabis products throughout the San Francisco area!

1.) Click Login at the top-right corner of the menu, next to the shopping cart. If you are a first-time patient, choose new customer and fill out the necessary information. This includes your email address, phone number, and a password.

2.) Go shopping! Search through the menu by pre-sorted categories, specials, or look up specific items in the search bar. Add items to the cart.

3.) When you’re finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon at the top-right corner of the menu. Review your cart to make sure you have all the products you want to order.

4.) Choose Pickup or Delivery on the right side of the page.

1. Click proceed to checkout.
2. Choose the date of pickup.
3. If you are a first time customer, you will now enter your personal information. This includes your name (as it appears on your ID) and birthdate. You will also need to upload a valid government ID that is not expired. If you are under 21, we will need a copy of your medical card too.
4. Review your order, and click to confirm pickup reservation.
5. If paying with cash or debit in store, you’re all set! If you would like to pay online through Stronghold, please text us back after you get your confirmation notification text and tell us you would like to pay online. We will manually send you a payment link.

*Pickup hours are 8am-9:45pm daily*

If choosing Delivery:

1. Click proceed to checkout.
2. Add your delivery address, choose your delivery day and time, and add any notes that will help the delivery driver locate you.
3. If you are a first time patient, you will now enter your personal information. This includes your name (as it appears on your ID) and birthdate. You will also need to upload a valid government ID that is not expired. If you are under 21, we will need a copy of your medical card too.
4. Review your order, and click to confirm delivery reservation.
5. If paying with cash, you’re all set! If you would like to pay online through Alt36, please text us back after you get your confirmation notification text and tell us you would like to pay online. We will manually send you a payment link.
6. You will receive a text message once your order is out for delivery and on its way to you!

*Delivery hours are Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm. Orders may be placed until 7pm for same day delivery.*
